Our Policies
Orders must be placed with 72 hours’ notice for all regular orders*.
Specialty orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
Once your order is paid and submitted, you will receive a confirmation. I will personally reach out if there are any issues or complications.
If you do not respond, ghost, or no-show for pickup, no refund will be issued.
Specialty orders canceled within 72 hours of the pickup date may receive a 50% refund.
Failure to cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled date and time will result in no refund.

Allergen Notice
This is a Completely Nut-Free Kitchen. Allergen-free baking is my specialty, and I take every precaution to ensure your safety. Please notate ANY allergies when placing your order.
Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full to be placed on the schedule. No holds without payment.
Pickup Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. Pickup times are set and must be honored to keep orders running smoothly.
If you are running late, you must communicate with me as soon as possible.
Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time, without communication, will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Change Requests
Any changes to an order (design, flavor, quantity, pickup time, etc.) must be requested no later than 72 hours before pickup. Changes requested after this window may not be possible.
Quality Concerns
If there is an issue with your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of pickup. Photos may be requested to help determine how to resolve the concern.
Weather & Temperature Disclaimer
Once the product leaves my possession, I am not responsible for heat damage, melting, or mishandling during transport or storage. Please transport baked goods in a cool, temperature-controlled environment.
Product Variations
All items are handmade. Slight variations in color, decoration, or size may occur. I do my best to match inspiration photos, but exact duplication cannot be guaranteed.
Holiday & Peak Season Policy
During holidays and peak ordering seasons, order capacity may be limited. Once full, no additional orders can be accepted regardless of notice time.
Communication
All communication regarding orders must be through official channels (website, message, or text). Social media comments or reactions are not considered confirmed communication.
